Terms and Conditions
The use of servicefoodshome.co.nz (SF home) implies that the user has read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the site. SF home does not manufacturer the products listed. SF home does not accept any liability with respect to loss, damage, death or injury, including consequential loss or damage arising from any misinformation against products listed on SF home.
You agree that you are responsible for anyone accessing SF home using your nominated email address and password – please keep your nominated email address and password confidential. You will ensure that the information you provide to us is accurate, up-to-date and not misleading, and that we can rely on this information for the purposes of fulfilling your orders.
You accept that the login ID and password provided to you are for your individual use only, and that you will ensure that (a) these details are not communicated to any third party, and (b) that no other individual will log in using your account.
You accept that, whilst all care is taken to ensure the information presented on the SF home site is at all times correct and accurate, errors and omissions may occur, and that SF home accepts no liability for such occurrences. Examples of these occurrences are wrong stock statuses, pricing sync errors, pricing display errors, zero rated pricing, inaccurate product sizes/descriptions, inaccurate images. Wherever possible, SF home will try to correct the occurrence to ensure a reasonable solution is met.

Prices displayed on this website are stated in $NZD and include GST(15%).
The total order value shown before you submit your order is an estimate based on the products you have ordered. Some products are sold by random weight so when your order is picked and packed ready for delivery, the actual quantity supplied may vary from your original order. The amount you will pay and be invoiced for your order will reflect any changes in quantity due to variance in weight of the products and may also reflect any short supply due to unavailability of products.
Substitutions – we may substitute ordered items for items of an equal or lower value. The final value of your order may reduce as a result of us substituting one or more ordered items (that are not available) for items of an equal or lower value (compared against the price listed on SF home for the ordered but unavailable item when your order was placed).
Other requested items – At the checkout stage you may request for a product that may not be listed on the SF home site. If you have ordered any unlisted products at the checkout stage, the final value of your order may increase where we are able to supply you those items, as the price for any “unlisted products” are only added to your order total once we confirm they are available post order submission.
Orders must be paid for by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard).
SF home does not store complete or usable credit or debit card information. To pay for your order you will be transferred to a secure accredited partner that is PCI compliant.
Our secure accredited partner will hold 15% more than the estimated order total to account for any changes in the order total that may arise due to variable weight items. Once the order is completed, the exact invoiced amount will be authorised on the card and any hold will be released automatically.
Payment for your order will be processed on the date your order is ready for dispatch. You must ensure you have sufficient funds available on your credit or debit card to pay for the order on this date. If you have insufficient funds on that date then your order will not be processed or provided. We will contact you to let you know if you can pay through alternative means.
If you have requested additional items and these are above the held amount, then you will be emailed the invoice and called for payment prior to the order being released.
You agree to indemnify (i.e. compensate) us against any loss or damage that we incur arising out of any default by your credit or debit card provider to make payment to us in full.
By requesting and using a SF home login, you consent to SF home's use of this information for marketing purpose without any further reference or payment or other compensation. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to SF home’s headoffice. All information shall be kept in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
The customer or the user accepts that all aspects of the SF home site are the intellectual property of SF home, and as such are copyrighted and cannot be used anywhere else without the express written permission of SF home. This copyright includes (but is not limited to) text, images, page layout, site functionality and features.
SF home reserves the right at their absolute discretion at any time to exclude any customer from SF home; or cancel the registration of any customer.
Minimum orders for on account customers are $50.00
Products on special or promotion are subject to availability while stocks last.
Ordered in error or change of mind purchases cannot be returned/refunded due to food safety and hygiene requirements. However, if items you have purchased through SF home are missing, incorrectly picked, damaged, faulty or spoiled at the time of delivery, we will comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
All requests for credits/refunds must be lodged via email with customer service within 48 hours from delivery of the goods. Claims for credits/refunds that fall 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Any cancellation of orders must be communicated to customer service via email prior to the dispatch of the goods.
A cancellation fee of $8 will be charged to your credit card.
Orders will be charged a delivery fee based on the total dollar value of the order at the time of submission and based on the area where the order needs to delivered to.
If your orders contains chilled or frozen items then we may supply frozen gel packs in your order.
Deliveries will dispatch Monday-Friday
Deliveries will be made to the Delivery Point. If the courier brings the Products inside the Premises, beyond the Delivery Point, at your request, or at the request of any other person accepting delivery of the Products on your behalf, whether on any particular occasion or pursuant to a standing instruction or request, no member of the Service Foods Ltd (SF home) shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss suffered by you or any third party in doing so. We shall be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery of the Products is authorised to do so on your behalf.
When you register to use SF home your name and contact details will be added to our customer database, and you consent to receiving messages from us from time to time. Any personal information you provide to us will be collected, held and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you provide us with your mobile number, we may send you a text message to advise you of your order’s delivery status or if you have out of stocks on your order. We may also send you text messages advising of various promotions we have on SF home. All electronic communications from us (except for communications confirming your Order or otherwise about your Order and your ongoing use of our Site(s)) will contain an unsubscribe function if you no longer want to receive messages from us.
SF home may in their absolute discretion change, amend or vary these terms and conditions. All decisions pertaining to any disputes arising from the conduct of SF home in the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions will be made by SF home, whose decision will be final and binding on all customers and suppliers.
